If you are interested in chaperoning field trips or volunteering in school, we must have a current CORI form on file for you. The district's updated CORI is available from Dunning's website from the left navigation menu; hover over INFORMATION, move to Forms & Notices then click on CORI Form from the list provided.
The CORI is valid for three years.
